    Originating from the cacao bean, cacao nibs are made by chopping up the fermented and dried beans. They have a rich bittersweet chocolatey flavour with a smooth but crunchy texture. High in antioxidants and minerals (magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, potassium & phosphorus among others) with no added sugar they are a guilt free snack or addition to your food and sweets.
