SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Free Standard Postage via Sendle/Courier or Australia Post within two (2) business days of receiving your order.
Express postage available at buyers expense. Please place note on your order and we will contact you to arrange.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by our postal providers.
Please contact us if you require more information regarding your order, including tracking number, dispatch date and expected delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
All products are checked for faults before being sent. If you have received your item and it is faulty, you will need to contact us within 14 days, with photo evidence attached showing the fault if possible, and a full or partial refund or replacement will be issued upon return of the item in its original package if necessary.
We strive for absolute customer satisfaction! If there is an issue with your product please reach out to us to discuss and resolve your concern before posting a negative review online.
